Join us as we come together as a community to celebrate Black History Month online throughout the day Sunday, February 28, 2021.

Motown – TikTok Challenge
Legendary Motown music brought together a racially divided country and segregated society, touching people of all ages and races.
Create a TikTok with the sounds of Motown. Videos will be shared on our Facebook page February 28.
In partnership with the African American Music Association.

DIY African Handicrafts
Pick up your DIY craft packages at the Lobby at the Ritz and join guest artist Khalidah Carrington of the Newburgh Performing Arts Academy, as she virtually walks participants through the creation of traditional African handicrafts in a series of how-to videos on Safe Harbors Facebook page February 28. All materials included.

DIY craft packages an be picked up at Safe Harbors Lobby at the Ritz, February 24th and 25th between 4 – 6 p.m. at 107 Broadway, Newburgh. Any questions, please contact June Henley at (845) 784-1110.
